The Great Chariot is a Fallen in Oninaki. It is the boss of Nataya Valley and is fought during Chapter 4 Part 1. It can also be fought on level 70 of the Sanctum of Rebirth. Its overall shape resembles a huge roller with four spiked wheels and three faces.

Giant Fallen with three faces and two wheels that grind enemies to dust beneath them. They use the terrain to great advantage in cutting off any escape. If you can't get far enough away from them, you're only delaying the inevitable.
